This seller is advertising NEW phones however they sold me a phone that was one of three things: 1. A factory second, 2. A poorly refurbished phone or 3. A complete fake phone. When installing my apps the processor (upper rear of phone) became overly hot. I got suspicious and looked at the phone more closely. One of the camera enses on the back was frosted or chipped inside.The box contained no matching serial numbers too.They refused to answer my questions re these claims

Beware, I was sold a faulty mobile phone, Warranty or replacement was not offered, my mobile was still under warranty period, only used for 4 days. I was given a $120 refund for $300 phone. I believe their mobiles are overseas models, possibly they are repackaging second hand refurbished ones and selling as New, no manuals or warranty card in packaging.
This seller is dishonest with misleading communication.
Phones are not as described. Think carefully before purchasing from this seller.
